Bayelsa West says: 'I have a collective mandate of my people to be in the 8th Senate, to make laws that will bring succor to fosterogolathem and to other Nigerians.

Secondly, collaborate with the Federal Government through their ministries, agencies and parastatals to be able to bring development to my place.

My senatorial district is one of the least developed so I will be making laws but I will also be doing a lot of reach out to all relevant ministries, agencies and departments to ensure that development comes to my people. I will also collaborate with the state government and the local government of my state to ensure that development comes to them, employment opportunities get to them and that this things should make me ensure I raise the bar of representation because I was voted to become a Senator to assuage the development inequities, social economic inequities that my people face. So these are going to be my focus and objective for the next four years.'
